Man Handled

Listen guys, I'm not sure why some of you think that male grooming is on the bottom of the priority list. We women, go through the many tactics to make ourselves feel and look better. Why can't you? Think about it. We women go through the painful processes of waxing, tweezing, tinting, lasering, coloring, bleaching, and whatever odd thing we can do to make our imperfections look absolutely perfect. Most women would have to agree that beauty is pain. It truly is. So boys, let's talk.

1)  How come I see some guys with a uni-brow. Really???? All you have to do is steal a pair of tweezers from any woman in the vicinity (we all have at least one pair with us) and attempt the attack on the bush above the nose. Honestly- I know there's many 'manly' men out there, but really is it going to kill you to do that? It looks so much better, cleaner, and presentable. Guaranteed you can pick up more chicks that way. Just do the middle, that's all we ask of. Women do anything to keep there brows from going cray cray, such as waxing, threading, or plucking. So man up and do the deed!

2)  Guys, let's grab a little pair of scissors and trim those nasty little critters hanging out of your nose and ears. You need to tame those stray hairs. I don't care what you do- use a trimmer or a little pair of scissors to get rid of those little guys. Hey you don't see any hair on our faces- well at least we hope you don't, so let's take care of the few strays coming out to say "Hi". While you're at it, go ahead and take care of that back and that chest. I haven't met one women who enjoys a cobweb or hair on a man.

3) Next on the agenda, let's work on taking care of our faces. I know soap is the 'go to' for most guys. But honestly, maybe, just maybe you can look into a face regiment that makes your face smoother.  Please take a long gander at the toners, scrubs, moisturizers, eye creams and cleansers that exist in the world of skin maintenance products. I don't understand why you would do a half ass job on taking care of your face. Don't worry- you won't be termed as 'less of a man' for reducing the appearance of age on your face. It's okay. Go explore. Don't be scared to go into the drugstore or department store and explore the endless possibilities for men.

I know the boys won't appreciate the conversation about facial cleansers and how to trim ear hairs, but the girlfriends and wives definitely will. Guys- I'm just saying- there's no harm in taking care of yourself.  Women do it consistently-daily, weekly, monthly- and we spend an arm and a leg doing so.

Guys- if you have any questions about 'manly' regiments, please don't be shy and ask away. Remember you can always comment anonymously. I'll definitely have future blogs discussing products for men as well. For now. Let's start with this and continue making progress.Take care and trim the little spider legs.
